They can be filled with helium or air. They have tabs at the bottom so you can tie a string if filled with helium or tabs at the top to string them up if filled with air.
Includes a plastic straw to inflate them.
Tips:
- We like to use clear nylon so they look like they are floating.
- Put a little piece of clear sellotape over the valve to keep any air from escaping after blowing them up.
