We dispatch our orders daily Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Please allow extra time for custom orders.

Generally, most orders are delivered within 1-2 working days depending on the courier option chosen at checkout.  This can vary due to high freight demand and Covid restrictions. While we try our best to work to tight timeframes, we cannot guarantee delivery - delivery timeframe is an estimate only and often outside of our control.

Rural delivery please add 1-2 days.

If you are requiring your order urgently do not use a rural address as this can take a few extra days. We can assist with urgent delivery options - just let us know.

Please also keep an eye on your tracking details and if you notice any delays be prompt in contacting our Couriers for an update. Didn't receive a tracking email? - first check your email spam/junk folder, they often pop in there.

A business address is usually the quickest.
